I switched to full support shoes after using minimalist shoes for 5 years. This was after my first marathon last year and was based on gait analysis done at a local running store.
Over the past 9 months I have developed a wear pattern on my shoes that I have not observed before. I have also developed recurring ankle pain. I would like to get evaluated by a sports doctor who can recommend corrective actions before I damage my foot and bring my running to a halt.
Any suggestions?
